We offer installation services across South Africa. Our teams are based in key regions, including Gauteng, the Western Cape, and KwaZulu-Natal. For outlying areas, travel charges may apply, and lead times could vary.
Do you offer site assessments?
Yes. We offer both remote assessments and on-site surveys, depending on the project. For larger commercial installations or properties with complex layouts, an on-site survey is strongly recommended.
Do I need to be onsite during the installation?
For residential installations, we prefer someone to be present to grant access and approve the cable routing. For commercial sites, we typically coordinate with your facilities or IT team.
What is included in the installation service?
Our standard installation includes:
- Mounting the donor antenna in an optimal location
- Running and concealing cable where possible
- Installing the booster unit and indoor antennas
- Powering up the system and verifying signal improvement
How long does the installation take?

Is the installation permanent? Can it be moved later?
