2-Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty – Bolton Technical
Bolton Technical proudly provides a 2-year manufacturer’s limited warranty on all home, office, and vehicle signal booster kits sold in South Africa. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever is later).
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, and it is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, Bolton Technical will repair or replace the faulty product or part at no cost to you. You will need to return the product to us, along with valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice or receipt). Return shipping to Bolton Technical will be at your expense, but we will cover the cost of delivering the repaired or replacement product back to you.
Important Warranty Conditions:

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, neglect, or improper installation.

Using the product without a surge-protected power supply (minimum 1,000-joule rating) may void the warranty.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and removal or alteration of the original serial number will void the warranty.

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Products purchased from unauthorised resellers or grey imports are not covered under this warranty.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted under South African law, Bolton Technical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

The warranty covers material and workmanship defects on all signal booster or cellular amplifiers.

Important Terms For Exchange:
- Customer returned products should not have changed from their original state and must be unmodified. They must be returned packaged in their original packaging with proof of purchase enclosed.
- A Handling Fee will be charged on items not returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Amplifiers must be returned along with all accessories that were originally shipped with the amplifier for testing, repair or replacement of the entire kit.
- If the product is deemed to have been damaged or altered, affecting its electronic or physical attributes by mishandling, neglect or misuse then the warranty won’t apply.
- The product can be replaced or repaired as deemed fit by the manufacturer. For products returned, the buyer must pay shipping fees to the destination address. It will be shipped back after repair/replacement at no cost.
- All products purchased on any special or promotion, can be returned within 5 days of receiving the product.

2-Year Warranty
All our signal boosters and cellular amplifiers include a 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. If your unit experiences a fault during this period, please reach out to us — we’ll assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange for repair or replacement. Our goal is to support you well beyond your initial purchase, within reasonable use and warranty terms.
30-Day Return Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period for most products, subject to inspection and approval. While we strive to make this process smooth, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both parties.
