Partner FAQs
Who qualifies for reseller pricing?
Reseller pricing is available to businesses that meet our minimum order requirements. These typically include a combination of signal booster kits or accessories. If your first order falls below the standard threshold, you may still qualify for a starter discount on your initial purchase. Contact our sales team for more details or use the code SAVE5OFF at checkout for online orders.
Is this an application for credit terms?
No. The reseller application is not a credit application. All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD) unless you’ve submitted and been approved for a separate credit facility.
What happens if I stop ordering?
If no purchases are made over a 12-month period, your reseller account will lapse. You’re welcome to reapply at any time should your circumstances change.
Can Bolton Technical support my customers directly?
As a reseller, you are the primary point of contact for your customers. We are here to support you, not your end users directly.
If onsite assistance is needed:
call-out and travel fee will apply.
Will I be notified of price changes?
Yes. Bolton Technical reserves the right to adjust pricing, but resellers will be notified by email of any upcoming changes in advance.
Do you offer training for resellers and installers?
Yes. Bolton Technical offers technical and product training to approved partners. This can be provided:
at our Johannesburg or Cape Town offices (by arrangement and at your own expense),
remote support and product walkthroughs.
Training helps ensure you can confidently specify, sell, and support our solutions. If you're new to signal booster systems, we strongly encourage attending an introductory session.
