    WORKED - I JUST INSTALLED IT WRONG

    Hi there, I thought I was going to send the product bac but luckily I tried another time more and bore a hole in the wall and then had the antenna installed on a mast. This lifted it with afew metres and now we have excellent reception. WE constantly have superb signal on all channels and this worked. The key is you have to take the arial outside and that is what is the solution. Thanks for a great product
