How quickly can I expect a response?


We typically respond within 1 business day. For urgent queries, you're welcome to give us a call.

Do you offer on-site consultations?

Yes, we offer on-site surveys for commercial, industrial, and enterprise installations.

Please note: On-site surveys do incur a cost, which will be quoted upfront.

Remote assessments are only done in cases where we cannot physically access the site — for example, in very remote areas or cross-border requests.

What areas do you serve?

We offer nationwide installation services across South Africa, with main offices located in Johannesburg (JHB) and Cape Town (CPT). Our installation footprint also extends into KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) and surrounding regions.

Bolton Technical is the sole distributor for Africa of our signal booster products and holds type approval in several African countries. We support cross-border projects and can assist with regulatory and compliance requirements for deployments outside South Africa.

How long does the installation process take?

The installation timeline depends on the size and scope of the project.

  • Home and small business installs are typically completed within 1–2 business days.
  • Larger commercial and enterprise projects may require additional time (up to several weeks) for site assessments, equipment planning, and system configuration.

We'll provide a clear timeline upfront once we understand your specific requirements.

Can I install the signal booster myself?

Some of our entry-level signal booster kits are suitable for DIY installation, especially in smaller homes or offices with good outdoor signal.

However, larger or more complex installations should be handled by our professional team to ensure proper setup, compliance with ICASA regulations, and optimal performance.

If you’re unsure, we’re happy to guide you on whether a DIY or professional install is right for your setup.
