Product Information For Zinwave Uniwave 8000 Transport Module

Uniwave 8000 Transport Module: High-Performance Fibre Transport Link

The Zinwave Uniwave 8000 Transport Module is designed to create a seamless fibre transport link within your cellular network. By inserting a Transport Module in the front of the centralized Hub chassis and in the rear of the remote Hub chassis, you can effortlessly establish a high-performance connection.

Key Features:

  • Efficient Fibre Transport: Connect two cascaded Primary Hubs via a robust fiber link, eliminating the need for coaxial cables.
  • Flexible Configuration: Up to eight Transport Modules can be installed in the front of the Primary Hub chassis, enabling connection to up to eight separate remote locations.
  • Optimized Setup: For each fiber link setup, a pair of Transport Modules is required. One module attaches to the front of the main Primary Hub (designated as the UniTransport Hub, while the other attaches to the back of the secondary Primary Hub.
  • Scalable Deployment: Install up to 8 Transport Modules in the front of a Primary Hub or up to 4 in the rear. Note that Transport Modules cannot be deployed simultaneously in the front and rear of the same Primary Hub.
  • Centralized Management: Facilitates efficient management and expansion of your network by providing centralized fiber transport.

Applications:

  • Ideal for creating high-performance, fiber-linked cellular networks in large facilities.
  • Suitable for environments requiring robust, scalable signal distribution without the complexity of coaxial cabling.

Approvals & Listings:

  • Africa: ICASA approved
  • Europe: CE Marked for compliance with European Union regulations.
  • USA: FCC certified for meeting Federal Communications Commission standards.
  • Canada: Industry Canada (IC) approved.
