All our signal boosters and cellular amplifiers include a 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. If your unit experiences a fault during this period, please reach out to us — we’ll assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange for repair or replacement. Our goal is to support you well beyond your initial purchase, within reasonable use and warranty terms.

30-Day Return Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period for most products, subject to inspection and approval. While we strive to make this process smooth, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both parties.

To request a return, please call us at (JHB) 011-749-3085 or CPT 021 879 3057 or email sales@boltontechnical.co.za to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number before sending anything back.

Return Conditions

Items must be unmodified, in original condition, and include all accessories.
Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.
Returns that are not in original condition and packaging may be subject to a handling fee.
The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorised modifications.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We’ll cover the shipping cost back to you if a repair or replacement is approved.
Products purchased on promotion or clearance can only be returned within 5 days of receipt.

1 Can the WonderPlug WP3.2 protect my WilsonPro or weBoost signal booster?

Yes. The WP3.2 is designed to protect any device that plugs into a standard South African 3‑pin mains outlet. This includes all Bolton Technical signal boosters such as the WilsonPro A500 and A1000 series. It safeguards your booster’s power supply from voltage spikes and return surges after load-shedding.

2 Do I need the WP3.2 for every booster installation?

While not strictly required, we highly recommend it. Using the WP3.2 ensures your signal booster’s power supply is protected from unstable grid power, reducing the risk of damage to expensive equipment and extending the life of your booster.

3 Can I use the WP3.2 with my booster’s DC power supply?

Yes. If your booster uses a standard AC power brick or adapter, the WP3.2 provides full surge protection. For boosters powered directly by 12V DC (like vehicle or hardwired setups), the WP3.2 can still protect the AC source feeding the adapter but is not a DC voltage stabilizer itself.

4 Will the WP3.2 affect my booster’s performance?

No. The WP3.2 does not interfere with signal amplification. It simply ensures that the booster receives clean and stable power, which actually helps the booster perform reliably over time.

5 Can the WP3.2 protect multiple boosters or devices at once?

Yes. The WP3.2 has two sockets (1 × 16A 3‑pin and 1 × 2‑pin). You can safely connect your signal booster along with a router, or other networking devices to protect multiple electronics simultaneously, as long as the total load does not exceed 16A / 3500W.
