Coverage And Results

While the LMR240 cable itself doesn’t create coverage, it plays a critical role in maintaining signal strength between your donor antenna and booster or between boosters and internal antennas. Poor cable quality or excessive loss can severely degrade system performance - but LMR240 minimizes that loss.

Expect up to 40% better signal transmission compared to thinner cables like RG58, which means faster data speeds, clearer voice calls, and better reliability from your booster or LTE setup. This makes it ideal for rural installations, offices, lodges, homes, and light industrial spaces where clean, uninterrupted signal matters.

LMR240 5m N-Male to N-Male Cable – Reliable Low-Loss Performance for Stronger Signal Transmission

Whether you're setting up a cellular booster, antenna system, or RF application, the quality of your coaxial cable matters. Our 5-meter LMR240 cable with N-Male to N-Male connectors is custom-terminated and professionally crimped for exceptional signal integrity and long-lasting performance - a must-have component in any serious signal setup across South Africa.

Why choose LMR240? Built to strike the perfect balance between flexibility and low signal loss, LMR240 coaxial cable is ideal for medium-length cable runs where performance and durability are key. With much lower attenuation than standard RG58 cables, the LMR240 keeps your signal strong from point A to B - whether you’re linking an outdoor antenna to a booster, or running cable through walls to your signal distribution point.

Thanks to its 50-ohm impedance and PE dielectric, it’s fully compatible with all major 50-ohm boosters, antennas, and devices.

Key benefits: Delivers significantly lower dB loss per 100 meters than thinner cables, maintaining signal strength across longer distances. Built to handle harsh weather conditions and UV exposure, perfect for outdoor and indoor use. Professionally crimped and factory-assembled for a reliable, interference-free connection. Long enough for most installations, yet compact enough to avoid unnecessary slack or loss. This cable is especially useful for installations requiring a clean, direct connection between donor antennas and boosters, or between boosters and internal antenna systems.

If you want to protect the signal you’ve worked hard to capture - and ensure the best performance from your antenna system - the LMR240 5m cable with N-Male connectors is a smart, efficient solution trusted by installers across South Africa.

Product FAQ

1 What is LMR240 cable used for?

LMR240 is used to connect signal boosters, antennas, routers, and other RF systems where signal loss needs to be minimized across medium-length runs.

2 Is LMR240 better than RG58?

Yes — LMR240 offers lower loss, better shielding, and more durable construction, resulting in a stronger, more stable signal.

3 Can I use LMR240 outdoors?

Absolutely. The cable features a PE jacket that is UV- and moisture-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor installations.

4 What does “low-loss” really mean?

“Low-loss” means the cable resists signal attenuation, keeping your incoming or outgoing signal as strong as possible over the cable length.

5 How far can I run LMR240 before needing LMR400?

LMR240 is ideal for runs under 10-15m. For longer distances, use LMR400 to reduce loss further.
