All our signal boosters and cellular amplifiers include a 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. If your unit experiences a fault during this period, please reach out to us — we’ll assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange for repair or replacement. Our goal is to support you well beyond your initial purchase, within reasonable use and warranty terms.

30-Day Return Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period for most products, subject to inspection and approval. While we strive to make this process smooth, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both parties.

To request a return, please call us at (JHB) 011-749-3085 or CPT 021 879 3057 or email sales@boltontechnical.co.za to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number before sending anything back.

Items must be unmodified, in original condition, and include all accessories.
Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.
Returns that are not in original condition and packaging may be subject to a handling fee.
The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorised modifications.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We’ll cover the shipping cost back to you if a repair or replacement is approved.
Products purchased on promotion or clearance can only be returned within 5 days of receipt.
Express shipping fees are non-refundable.

1 What devices is this cable compatible with?

The Bolton240 cable with N-Male to SMA-Male connectors is compatible with most 50-ohm signal boosters, antennas, and cellular routers. Commonly used to connect outdoor donor antennas (N-Female ports) to signal boosters (SMA-Female ports), or from boosters to modems/routers like Pepwave, MoFi, and Teltonika.

2 What does N-Male to SMA-Male mean?

These are connector types:

N-Male: A larger threaded connector that screws onto an N-Female port (common on antennas)

SMA-Male: A smaller threaded connector that screws onto an SMA-Female port (found on boosters/routers)

This combination allows you to bridge between different equipment types commonly found in booster setups.

3 Is the cable pre-terminated or do I need to crimp it myself?

The Bolton240 cable is professionally pre-terminated at the factory with precision-crimped N-Male and SMA-Male connectors, using specialized tools for a perfect fit and low insertion loss. No crimping or additional tools required. Just plug and play.

4 What length options are available?

Bolton240 cables are available in standard lengths such as:

3m, 5m and 10m

Custom lengths may also be available on request, depending on stock and project needs.

5 Can I use this with a 75-ohm booster or TV antenna system?

No. This cable is 50-ohm and designed specifically for cellular signal boosting and networking equipment. It is not compatible with 75-ohm systems like TV antennas or consumer coaxial gear (e.g., RG6).
